We deliver within Auckland only. We are unable to deliver outside of Auckland.Â

If in the unlikely scenario we are unable to deliver to your address. We will contact you ASAP to update you and refund your payment on the day we contact you.

  ÂDelivery Information
Brooklyn Flowers offers a same-day delivery service for all orders placed before 2pm that day. For all orders placed on the website after 2pm, will be delivered on the following day. All deliveries going to business addresses within local delivery areas (see our delivery areas above) need to be placed prior to 2pm to ensure same day delivery before 5pm. All business addresses within the wider and rural delivery areas (see our delivery areas above) need to be placed prior to 10am to ensure same day delivery before 5pm.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times, however if you have a delivery time preference, please note this in the 'special delivery instructions' box at check out and we will do our best to make this happen.
Urgent/sprint deliveries may also be possible with an additional fee. Please call the shop to arrange this. Â
We deliver Mondays - Saturdays. Sunday deliveries may be possible, please enquire 09 218 9846. We are unable to be open and therefore deliver flowers on public holidays.Â

Delivery Times
Brooklyn Flowers will always endeavour to deliver all orders in a timely fashion. Due to the unpredictable nature of traffic and travel times, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times. All business addresses will be delivered prior to 5.00 pm. If there are unforeseen circumstances that delay delivery, we will always attempt to contact you to advise you of this and make alternate arrangements if required. If you have a delivery time preference, please specify this in the special delivery instructions at the check-out and we will endeavour to achieve this. Â

Unsuccessful deliveries:
Brooklyn Flowers will deliver all orders to the best of their ability using information given by the customer. If no one is home to receive the flowers we will leave them in a safe place. If our courier cannot access the property or there is no safe place to leave them, we will contact you. With the contact number provided at checkout in the billing information. If we are unable to safely leave your order and unable to contact you to arrange an alternative option, this may incur a re-delivery fee. Incorrect addresses will also incur a re-delivery fee.

Pick Up in StoreÂ
In store collections are possible, please select “pick up in store” at checkout. Please also specify your approximate pick up time in the 'special delivery instructions' box so we can have your order ready for you.
