We aim to have all business deliveries achieved within business hours.

Please note all deliveries to this area will be made in the late afternoon or evening
                                                                                                     

Unsuccessful Delivery 

If no one is home to receive the flowers, we will leave them in a safe place. If our courier cannot access the property or there is no safe place to leave them, we will contact you. Re-delivery or incorrect addresses will incur a re-delivery fee.  

 

Pick Up in Store

In store collections are possible, please select “pick up in store” when placing your order. Please also specify your approximate pick up time in the 'special delivery instructions' box so we can have your order ready for you.

NZ Wide Delivery 

We send the freshest flowers throughout New Zealand. Providing stunning floral arrangements and flowers to your friends and family. Our overnight NZ delivery service operates outside of Auckland. All of our flowers are delivered in our custom-made flower delivery boxes, ensuring that your flowers arrive just as they left. Free Delivery Terms & Conditions

Free delivery is available on orders of $100 or more to selected Auckland suburbs.

The $100 minimum spend applies to the product value of the order. Some suburbs and delivery areas are excluded from the free delivery offer and will incur our standard delivery fee.

Delivery eligibility and any applicable charges will be shown at checkout once the delivery address has been entered.

Free delivery cannot be exchanged for cash or applied as a discount to the order. Brooklyn Flowers reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time.
