We aim to have all business deliveries achieved within business hours.

Unsuccessful Delivery 

If no one is home to receive the flowers, we will leave them in a safe place. If our courier cannot access the property or there is no safe place to leave them, we will contact you. Re-delivery or incorrect addresses will incur a re-delivery fee.  

 

Pick Up in Store

In store collections are possible, please select “pick up in store” when placing your order. Please also specify your approximate pick up time in the 'special delivery instructions' box so we can have your order ready for you.

NZ Wide Delivery 

We send the freshest flowers throughout New Zealand. Providing stunning floral arrangements and flowers to your friends and family. Our overnight NZ delivery service operates outside of Auckland. All of our flowers are delivered in our custom-made flower delivery boxes, ensuring that your flowers arrive just as they left.
