How A Subscription works

Pick your subscription plan

Start by creating an account and selecting what size & plan frequency you would like. Your subscription will be on a recurring plan and can be changed any time within our 5 day order window. Your order will be delivered on the delivery day of the week you have selected. 

Picking & Packing your flowers

Once we have received you order we will pick the best flowers form the season from across NZ. We will then pack your flowers in our custom subscription box. Once packed it will leave on our courier heading for your address. You will receive a text with all the tracking information you can then see where your flowers are at all times.

Receive & Arrange your flowers

Your subscription box has just arrived at your address. If you are not home you will receive a text showing an image of where your box was left. Once you have your box inside start unboxing your flowers flowing the care instruction on the side of the box or on our flower care guide inside the box.

About  Subscriptions 

Our flower subscriptions are fully flexible so you can pause, skip, cancel or add products to your box prior to 5:00PM Sunday. This is all available in your account page under (Manage Subscription)click here. 

At Flower Subscriptions we bring you the freshest flowers that we source across the country every week. Flower Subscriptions was created with our customers in mind so that everyone can enjoy flowers in there home or office. We have created the perfect gift for your friends, loved ones or yourselves, allowing you to spoil or be spoiled with beautiful fresh blooms on a weekly, monthly or yearly basis.  

We understand that some of our customers have little to no experience arranging bouquets, so we have created a collection of video tutorials to help guide you through the process. However, if you feel experienced enough, there are many more videos to demonstrate how to properly prep, care for, or disregard your flowers, and so on. The Story Behind Flower Subscriptions New Zealand

At Brooklyn Flowers, our vision was to ensure that everyone could enjoy beautiful flowers in their homes. This vision originated during New Zealand's first nationwide lockdown on March 25th, 2020. Witnessing the plight of flower growers forced to discard their blooms, we were inspired to find a solution. Thus, Flower Subscriptions was created and has been meticulously developed over the past four years. Our commitment to delivering the freshest blooms across New Zealand.

The Flower Man

The Man behind Brooklyn Flowers & Flower Subscriptions
Brook lives and breathes flowers. He the Founder & CEO of Brooklyn Flowers & Flower Subscriptions with over 17 years experience working in the flower industry from floristry, weddings, commercial flower growing, to working and running New Zealand's largest flower market. Brook quite literally, has had experience with it all. However his true passion has always been in retail & Online ecom Brook's favourite moments are always seeing the smiles on people's faces when they receive their flowers & Subscriptions "there is nothing quite like it" Brook says.

Delivery Information


All our Subscriptions are delivered New Zealand wide.

Our flower subscriptions are delivered weekdays on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday delivered between 8am & 5pm

Order Tracking 

Once we have received your order, we will pack your fresh flowers in our custom subscription box. Once packed it will leave on the courier heading for your address, if you are not home please know it will be left safe and secure.

We deliver NZ Wide. when placing your order and you are unable please give us a call

Any new subscription orders or updates to your account must be made by 5:00PM Sunday or 5 days prior to your next delivery day of the week.

All our Subscriptions are delivered New Zealand wide All

our flower subscriptions are delivered on Sunday's between 2pm-8pm. via tracking link

Weekdays We deliver on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday delivered between 8am & 5pm

We deliver NZ Wide on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday. Deliveries will be between 8am & 5pm

And on Sunday (Auckland Wide) Sunday deliveries between 2pm and 8pm 

If you are not home that is ok the courier drivers will leave them in a safe place for you you will be sent a photo as to where thay were left. On the link provided to you via text 

You also have the option to let us know a good place to leave your Flower Subscription in the order special delivery instructions on the cart page like gate code, safe place bask door, dogs but are little,

Products FAQS

Don't worry! If you are allergic to certain blooms, then just let us know and we will make sure that they don't get included in your box. This can be done on the Product page. That way we will get your request on your first order.

Gift Subscription work a lot like a magazine subscription we have a range of frequencies you can pick from depending on the length and deliveyr frequencie your subscription will be charge on Monday acording to your payment frequencie once your length of time is finished the contract will automatically end you do not have to do anything it is all automated.

If your flower box has arrived and your flowers are broken from delivery please take photos and send images to 


We require your request 24hours after receiving your flowers

To make a request we need order number #1111 and photos of the flowers & any other information that will help.

All changes can be made in your account portal you can add product remove and change what ever you like with in our 5 day cut off 

All this can be managed under the customer account page, then click into manage Subscription there you will see your subscription just click cancel as long as this is done before our cut off day and time that will be all confirmed for you.
