Valentine’s Day Delivery Information
We highly recommend placing your Valentine’s Day order ASAP, ideally prior to Wednesday 13th February to ensure you are able to order the exact floral arrangement you want. There are limited numbers for some of the Valentine’s Day Collection items, so get in quick!
Due to the large volume of deliveries on Valentine’s Day – Thursday 14th February - we are unable to guarantee any specific time deliveries.
All deliveries to business addresses must be placed prior to 7pm Wednesday 13th February to ensure delivery within business hours. If you are placing an order after this time, we suggest you use a residential delivery address instead, to ensure it will be successfully delivered on Valentine’s Day.
Orders for local business addresses (Ponsonby and Central Auckland) placed prior to 12pm midday Thursday 14th February will ensure same day delivery before 5pm.
To avoid delays in deliveries on Valentine’s Day, please ensure all delivery addresses and contact phone numbers are correct. Please provide as much detail as possible when placing your order. For business deliveries, please include recipients name, Business/Company name, building level, address and the recipient’s phone number.
If no one is home to receive the flowers, we will leave them in a safe place. If our courier cannot access the property or there is no safe place to leave them, we will contact you. Re-delivery or incorrect addresses will incur a re-delivery fee and we cannot guarantee it will be able to be delivered on Valentine’s Day, dependant on how fast the new delivery information is provided to Brooklyn Flowers and location of the re-delivery address.
