Brooklyn Flowers offers a same-day delivery service for Auckland suburbs Delivery Zone. This is for orders placed on or before enter the days here.  all orders must be placed prior to 2.00 pm to ensure same-day delivery, within The Auckland zone please enquire at support@fsnz.co.nz or phone us on (09) 218 9846. All website orders placed after 2.00 pm will be delivered on the following scheduled delivery day's for more information about delivery days and zones Please see our Delivery & information page for more information 

Delivery Times: ( Auckland Wide Only )

Brooklyn Flowers will always endeavour to deliver all orders in a timely fashion. Due to the unpredictable nature of traffic and travel times, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times. All business addresses will be delivered prior to 5.00 pm. If there are unforeseen circumstances that delay delivery, we will always attempt to contact you to advise you of this and make alternate arrangements if required. If you have a delivery time preference, please specify this in the special delivery instructions at the check-out and we will be an endeavour to achieve this.   

Unsuccessful deliveries: (Auckland Wide)

Brooklyn Flowers will deliver all orders to the best of their ability using information given by the customer. If no one is home to receive the flowers we will leave them in a safe place. If our courier cannot access the property or there is no safe place to leave them, we will contact you. With the contact number provided at checkout in the billing information. If we are unable to safely leave your order and unable to contact you to arrange an alternative option, this may incur a re-delivery fee. Incorrect addresses will also incur a re-delivery fee.
