Mother's Day Delivery Information  

We highly recommend placing your Mother's Day order ASAP, ideally prior to Saturday 12th May to ensure you are able to order the exact floral arrangement you want. There are limited numbers for some of our Mother's Day Collection so get in quick!

To ensure same day delivery on Sunday 13th May (Mother's Day), please ensure you place your order prior to 6pm on Saturday 12th May.

Due to the large volume of deliveries over the weekend of Mother's Day - Saturday 12th and Sunday 13th May -  we are unable to guarantee any specific time deliveries.  

To avoid delays in deliveries on Mother's Day, please ensure all delivery addresses and contact phone numbers are correct. Please provide as much detail as possible when placing your order. You can use the "special delivery instructions" box for extra detail if needed. For business deliveries, please include recipients name, Business/Company name, building level, address and the recipient’s phone number. 

If no one is home to receive the flowers, we will leave them in a safe place. If our courier cannot access the property or there is no safe place to leave them, we will contact you. Re-delivery or incorrect addresses will incur a re-delivery fee and we cannot guarantee it will be able to be delivered on Mother's Day, dependant on how fast the new delivery information is provided to Brooklyn Flowers and location of the re-delivery address.  

If you would like to collect your Mother's Day order yourself from our store, please select the option "pick up in store" at check out. If you can provide an approximate pick up time that would be appreciated.
