COVID 19 Prevention Policy

As the situation with COVID 19 evolves day-to-day, our top priority during these times is to stay up to date with the Governments requirements and recommendations.

Under level 3 alert, Brooklyn Flowers will be OPEN. You will be able to purchase flowers and gifts online for delivery within Auckland or you may select 'Click & Collect' which will be contactless.

At Brooklyn Flowers, taking care of both the community and our employees is of utmost importance to us. All employees have been provided with training on proper hand washing protocol and we will be cleaning the shop daily to maintain cleanliness.

All flower deliveries will be made contactless. This means the courier driver will knock on the door and leave your flowers in a safe place or send the recipient a txt message. There will be no contact between the courier and the recipient of the flowers. Please make sure when placing your order that you advise us where the safe place we should leave your flowers is on the property.

For Click & Collect, your flowers will be prepared ahead of your arrival and will be placed in a safe pace in the front of the shop for you to collect. Please advise us, when placing your order, of your approximate pick up time. We will take pay-wave payments or take your payment details over the phone for us to process.
