We deliver all our orders as soon as possible on the day you have selected at the checkout. We have two delivery runs per day covering the whole of Auckland and local orders delivering all day on our urgent delivery run. Please note that we cannot guarantee specific time deliveries but will do our best to get your order there are your specified time.
If no one is home we will leave the flowers in a safe place. The courier will also attempt to contact the recipient to let them know they have a delivery and where they have left the flowers. If the courier cannot access the property nor get hold of the recipient for access details, then the flowers will return to the shop and we will attempt to redeliver your flowers at the customers expense.
Our prices start from $10 for local to $15 for Auckland wide. Rural Auckland deliveries start from $25-$35 please see here for all delivery prices
Yes please pop these in the 'special delivery instructions' box on the cart page. For example - the gate code, access to property instructions or a safe place to leave the flowers if no one is home.
Yes you can place orders over the phone! Please have ready the recipient's name, delivery address, contact phone number and know what floral arrangement you would like to send, along with your complimentary gift card message if you wish. Then then your debit or credit card details for payment.

Once you have made your order, Pleases email us as soon as you can at email@example.com to discuss your changes. We can't guarantee we'll get your message in time, but if we do, we will certainly do our best to change things over for you. We can generally change things such as notes quite easily, and delivery date - please email us to discuss.
Cancellations Policy Brooklyn Flowers are unable to process any cancellations once the order has been made or ready for dispatched. If you contact Brooklyn Flowers prior to making the order Brooklyn Flowers will provide a full refund to the card that was used when ordering. All online order cancellations must be placed on the phone (09) 218 9846 or emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org
At Brooklyn Flowers we stand by the quality of our flowers and arrangements. If in the unlikely event your flowers arrive in poor condition and you have followed our care instructions, please contact the store within 24hours and we will collect and replace the flowers, excluding delivery fee. Approved refunds will be completed in 1-3 business days.
If you do not require a refund we will replace the flowers or items you purchased if they are damaged. If you would like to receive a full replacement for the same item, please send us an email at email@example.com

We do offer wedding for our customers our weddings start from $1000+GST for more info on our weddings please, email email@example.com and we can help with quotes and design.
Please contact Brooklyn Flowers team asap once you have seen your flowers are damaged with a photo of the flowers and your contact details. We will then contact the delivery company and replace your flowers asap. All enquires need to be made 24hours of receiving your flowers.
We are closed on public holidays and unable to deliver. Our website remains open for all pre-orders and will be delivered as soon as we are back on your selected delivery date.

Yes, please let us know in the special instructions on the cart page and we will leave that flower out of your order or use another alternative instead.
We stand by our quality at Brooklyn Flowers. We source the freshest flowers 3 days a week at the flower markets to bring you the best quality flowers. Your arrangement should last anywhere from 5-7 days depending on weather and temperature. However, it is important follow our care instructions to ensure the longevity of your blooms. Keep your flowers out of direct sun, trim the stems slightly and replace the water every 2 days.
